t.r.a.n.c.e (Transcendence and Relaxation through Aural and Narrative Community Experience) is a collaborative project developed by hypnotherapist and artist Julia E. Dyck and sound artist Diana Duta, exploring the hypnotic trance state as a collective and transformative experience. Through a blend of live soundscapes, storytelling and guided meditation, they create a space for metaphorical, somatic and sensory exploration within the subconscious. Since 2022, they have been hosting live group sessions in Brussels, cultivating shared moments of presence and deep listening.

For their Microwave residency, the project extends its research into the inner reaches of outer space — moving fluidly from the mind to the energy field, from the earth to the space in between. The radio show becomes a vessel for travelling through subtle states, a drifting journey where sound, narrative and trance intertwine to open new pathways of perception and imagination.
